1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

• All sales of digital products (such as website source codes, scripts, or software) are final.

• Once the product is downloaded or delivered, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

• This is because digital goods cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

2. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• If you are charged more than once due to a technical/payment error.

• If the product is not delivered to your registered email or account within 72 hours of successful payment.

• If the product description on our website is entirely different from the product delivered.

3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

• You change your mind after purchase.

• You lack the required technical knowledge to install/use the source code.

• The product does not meet your specific expectations if it was already clearly described.

• Issues caused by third-party hosting, server, or device configurations.
